  • We currently ship nationwide across Vietnam, including urban and rural areas.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, and we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military zones (APO/FPO), or offshore islands.

2. Shipping Partners

  • We collaborate with reliable and experienced logistics partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries:

  • All shipments are tracked and handled with care from dispatch to doorstep.

3. Shipping Fees

  • A flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND is applied per order, regardless of location within Vietnam.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed and being prepared.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery time varies by location:

    • Urban areas: 2–3 business days

    • Rural/remote areas: 3–5 business days

  • Total time from order to delivery: usually 3–7 business days

6. Delays and Exceptions

  • Delivery times may be affected by:

    • Public holidays

    • Weather disruptions

    • High seasonal demand

  • We will inform you of any unexpected delays as soon as possible via email or phone.

7. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, our logistics partner will attempt to contact you or reschedule delivery.

  • After multiple failed attempts:

    • The package may be returned to us

    • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Please provide photos of damaged packages/items if applicable for quicker resolution.

10. Changing the Shipping Address

  • You may request a shipping address change within 24 hours after placing your order.

  • After your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, and additional fees may apply.
